• But you will gain some value and take away something

Collaboration - cooperation

Cooperation: The action or process of working together to the same end. 

The spectrum on exchange: 

• Altruism: Nobility, Sacrifice, Gift Giving 
• Win-win: overt reciprocity
• Differentiating exchange: dialogics - to name a discussion that does not resolve itself on common ground. Tolerating different ideas 
• Zero sum: I win you lose
• Winner takes all: it's all mine
